Our team works closely with the architects, contractors and vendors on every detail so that we can present you that wow moment in a home you will love to live in.

Every client starts with our questionnaire. This will ensure we can plan your project for what best suits your space and needs. We value our clients and we want to make sure that we are the right fit for your project. We are currently accepting full service new construction builds, fully furnished design packages and full home remodel projects.

HOW WE WORK

DESIGN

We’ve accepted your project and it’s time to consult, gather inspiration, and make selections. We get to know your style and your everyday way of life. Our team works to curate elements for your home that will compliment and elevate. From there, budget is approved, design plan is ready…on to the build.

BUILD

We work closely with the architect and the build team through site visits and ongoing communication to make sure the build/remodel is moving along. Our team will be here to help navigate any contractor questions to assure your design plan and vision is executed.

DELIVER

The build has started, now it’s time to bring it all together. Our team is ready to shop, source and style. Every surface in your home will be carefully considered. Cabinets, tile, furniture, fixtures, rugs, mirrors, and bold decor will be on order. We will coordinate all receiving and keep everything tucked safely away until install day.

THE DETAILED PROCESS

     DISCOVERY
    
Every project starts with our questionnaire. This is a very important step in the process. We have thoughtfully put together a set of questions that will make sure we have a good feel for your space and your style. We want to make sure we are the best fit for your project so we can execute it to it's fullest potential. Once accepted your Lead Designer will be designated. 
      
      1 | ONBOARDING & ORIENTATION
    
One of our team members will reach out to schedule our initial meeting with you and all decision makers in the household. During this time we will work to understand your needs, wants and budget. You will share any inspiration images you have gathered. Once the project scope has been established by our team, you will approve, sign and submit the design fee.
      
      2 | CONCEPT & DESIGN DIRECTION
    
Our team will coordinate to establish the design direction. This is when we create digital mood boards and gather inspiration space by space. You'll be presented with the mood boards and design direction digitally or in person.   
      
      3 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
    
During the design development phase we will work up drawings, begin to source items and create digital quicklooks so that you can get a feel for how the curated items will look in your space. This also might include samples of fabrics, finishes, tile, paint colors and any other physical materials.
      
      4 | DOCUMENTATION
    
We now have a solid budget and style outline and are ready to dive into the details! From ceiling to floor we will be focused on bringing your space to life. After several weeks of detailed planning, you'll receive your design documents. This will include final quicklooks with approved proposals, plans, materials schedule and 3D renderings, if applicable. 
      
      5 | ORDERING & TRACKING
    
Our team will place and manage all orders and keep track of the details, providing you with ongoing updates as your items begin to arrive to our warehouse for inspection. This process takes time as we oversee all the logistics and coordinate with our trusted vendors.   
      
      6 | IMPLEMENTATION & CONSTRUCTION
    
If you are a new build or remodel, construction is now underway. Our team will conduct site visits during construction, be available to answer contractor questions and solve any problems that may arise. You will get regular updates on progress, and once construction is finished we will begin the install. This can happen in smaller chunks or one large install. Accessories and styling will be underway and any receiving, delivery and storage fees will be paid at this time.
      
      7 | PROJECT COMPLETION
    
Presenting your new home! Our team will walk through the project with you and establish a "punch list" to work from. The punch list consists of anything outstanding that needs to be taken care of to button up the details. Once everything is just right, it will be time for you to move into your amazing new space!
